Mary被小区里的不文明养犬行为所困扰,于是致电服务中心。客户助理小陈接听了电话。
Mary was troubled with the uncivilized dogs raising behavior in the garden.
She called to the service center. Chen,an assistant answered the phone.
陈:您好!请问有什么可以帮到您?
Chen:Hello!May I help you?
Mary:您好,我是Mary。最近,隔壁邻居家的狗经常在半夜狂叫,弄得我睡不好觉。你们能帮帮我吗?
Mary:Hello, this is Mary. Recently,my neighbor's dog often barks at night,
I can hardly sleep. Can you do something for that?
陈:好的,我们会尽快上门去做工作,提醒业主遵守《管理规约》,看管好犬只,避免干扰他人的正常生活。
Chen:Certainly, we will contact your neighbor as soon as possible. And we
will remind them to take good care of the dog. Every habitant should comply
with "the Management Stipulation", so as to avoid bothering others' life.
Mary:另外,有些人遛犬时不拴绳子,偶尔还会在电梯里发现犬只的小便,真不希望在我们小区里看到这些。
Mary:Some people walk dogs without a leash, and sometimes there is dog shit
in the lift. I really don't want to see this happen in our garden.
陈:赞成你的意见。近期,我们也接到了一些类似的投诉。为此,服务中心计划下周在小区里开展一次“文明养犬,共建和谐家园”的宣传活动。希望通过这次活动,能让养犬人提高责任意识,多为他人着想,让我们的花园更加和谐。
Chen:I do agree with you Recently, we also received some complaints about
this kind of uncivilized behavior. In this case,we will carry out an activity
concerning civilized dogs raising in the garden next week.We hope the dog
owner can enhance their sense of responsibility, and be more considerate for
others' feeling, so that we can have a harmonious garden.
Mary:那太好了。可是如果采取这些措施后仍无改善,该怎么办呢?
Mary:That's great. However, if there is no any improvement after all these
measures, what should l do?
陈:在我们的提醒和沟通都不见效的情况下,您可以到城管部门投诉解决。
Chen:If all of our effort does not work, you can go to urban management
department to complain and seek for help。
Mary:我知道了,谢谢你。
Mary:I see, thank you.
陈:不客气。
Chen:You're welcome.

一天服务中心小林接到业主的电话,反映有人在走廊堆放了很多杂物,影响邻居出入,希望服务中心协调处理。小林来到现场一看,原来杂物是MARY家的。他敲开了MARY的门。
小林:您好,MARY!你在忙什么呢?
MARY:哦,这几天我一直在做大扫除,我想让家变个样子。您找我有事么?
小林:走廊里堆放的物品是您的吧?
MARY:是的。
小林:很抱歉,那里属于公共走廊通道,摆放物品会影响业主的出入,也影响环境的整洁。而且作为发生紧急情况时的安全通道,必须保持时刻畅通。所以要请您把东西移走。
MARY:对不起,之前我没想这么多。因为东西太多,我想暂时就近放一下,打算清扫完成后再搬进来。

A Daily Conversation on Property Management
One day,Lin,an assistant of the service center received a call from an owner,
who complained that somebody put a lot of sundries in the corridor which
affected neighbors' daily access and he wanted the center could do something
to stop it.Lin came to the scene and found that the sundries belonged to Mary,
so he knocked Mary's door.
Lin:Hello,Mary!What are you doing?
Mary:Oh,I have been doing clean-up these days,I want to change the appearance
of my home.What can I do for you?
Lin:Do the things in the corridor belong to you?
Mary:Yes.What's wrong?
Lin:I am sorry,Since this is public corridor,placing objects there will affect
other owners' access and neatness of the environment.Futhermore,as an emergency
exit,we must remain it unblocked all the time.Could you remove them away?
Mary:Oh,I am sorry,I have not considered that before.There're too many things
to clean up,I have to put them outside for a while,and I planned to move it
back after cleaning.
Lin:We can help you find a place to store them temporarily if you need,and you
can get it back after your clean-up.
Mary:That's great.It's very kind of you.Thank you!
Lin:You are welcome.We are also very thankful for your understanding and cooperation.
